Uncomfortable small flat pillows. Pool is clean Snack Machines don't work. Doors not safe. Was gone most of the day n when we came back to the hotel It looked like someone had entered the room but had no room service for that day so I checked the door and noticed it appears to lock but doesn't it can easily be pushed open without having to use the key.

I stayed 2 nights here, the check in is at 2pm. The staff was nice, checked in 30 mins early and the king bedroom was decent. The room was perfect for 2 people and loved that they had AC and free parking. The only downside is that they dont shampoo/conditioner, body wash, microwave, and hair dryer. Just a sample packet of shampoo, bar bath soap, mini fridge and some towels. The room had a weird smell, but was manageable.

So the pictures on Hotels.com are not the ones that you pay for. They do have some that are remodeled but you pay for those for more. So all the good reviews are probably based off those. The walls need a paint job and cleaned it’s a basic room, no microwave in the room but there is a fridge also not the freshest smelling. The good in this place is shower has very good pressure, AC UNIT gets really cold and what matters to me is… NO BUGS! so our 3 days there was manageable.
