I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I don't think I stirred all night. While having drinks in the lobby we were going to be asked to move to make way for a band and I did think PLAN AHEAD and cordon it off in advance. But luckily they moved them elsewhere. Because it was table service we went thirsty a few times waiting on a member of staff to find us but they were very pleasant.

31/10/2026 We Stayed in room 303, absolute nightmare didn't sleep a wink. It was like trying to sleeping in a ships engine room all night. I don't know if it was hotels boiler system, it was so so loud and droning!! I have stayed in many hotels aross Ireland and world, and never had any complaints. I complained at checkout, receptions said sorry am only in the job 2 weeks, fair to say we want stay again. Customer service disappointing, no gesture of good will, we spent £154 down the drain and knackered as no sleep. On the postive foods not bad and service was good.

The parking is useful behind the hotel,but there is no access to the hotel from the carpark; you have to walk around the outside of the hotel to the front door. The rooms were clean but lacking in some basic touches e.g there were not tissues in the room, no hairdryer, and a very cramped bathroom despite being in a large sea view room. The room clean and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed in room 211 the shower head was filthy, and there was mould around the shower Happily I had a property where I had a clean shower on departure I was told I owed money for a breakfast, despite the fact that I had been told I had paid in full! I was totally embarrassed as they were people in the queue to book out very basic in need off a revamp The ? manager did not identify him self to me and I refused to pay Then this charge was removed from my bill no I would not stay there again
