Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property!

This was truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the hallways to the rooms, every detail was impeccably designed. The staff was outstanding. Welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A special thank you to MD, Bota, and Ehab for their remarkable hospitality. Without a doubt, this will be my first choice of hotel on my next visit to Egypt.

The hotel is definitely overrated. The terrace is beautiful and has a nice atmosphere, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. Everything was extremely slow, which really affected the overall experience. For the reputation and expectations surrounding this hotel, I expected much better service.
