Hemos llegado al hotel a las 7:30pm aproximadamente y al día siguiente ya regresábamos a España. Llegamos y el agua caliente de la habitación no funcionaba. Nos duchamos con agua fría. Mandaron al personal a solucionarlo, y nos dijeron que esperemos 30 minutos. Luego de esperar, seguía igual. Ya estábamos cansados por lo que nos fuimos a dormir. Un hotel de este precio lo mínimo que uno espera al llegar cansado es tener agua caliente y eso tan básico no lo tuvimos.

We chose this accommodation to celebrate our 1yr anniversary! It was not a disappointment!! George and his staff bent over backwards to accomadate our wishes and our breakfast in bed on the day of our anniversary. We were driven everywhere by either George or his staff. The accommodation was extremely comfortable. The view was beautiful!! Looking out and seeing the ocean and surrounding islands was spectacular!Staff were very nice and accommodating. Definitely a five star hotel!! Some improvements needed in the buffet for breakfast, but overall i was extremely impressed. We will be back!! Thank you George!!

Of course, here is a hotel review based on your experience: Title: Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet This resort has all the makings of a 5-star property, but our experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: The rooms are absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool is truly amazing, a real centerpiece of the resort. We also found every staff member we interacted with to be incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the negatives were significant. The check-in process was terrible and painfully long. We had booked an ocean view room, but the front desk tried to place us in a room with a barely-there "peek-a-boo" view. It took a frustrating hour-long wait for them to sort it out and give us the room we had actually paid for. The biggest issue is that the resort is still under construction. There was persistent and loud construction noise by the pool on both days of our stay, which really ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Also, be aware that the property is situated on a very steep hill. This wasn't a problem for us, as they will gladly pick you up in a cart and drive you anywhere you need to go, but it's something to know before you book. The bottom line is that this property has the potential to be incredible. Once construction is completely finished and they sort out their front desk operations, it will likely be an amazing destination. For now, it feels like a work in progress.

Hotellet er helt nytt. Alt er tipp topp. De kjører deg gratis opp og ned de bratte bakkene mellom de forskjellige byggene, og til stranden hvis du ønsker det. De har et eget område på stranden hvor en ansatt fra hotellet ordner med solsenger og håndklær. Høy standard overalt, og de ansatte er veldig serviceinnstilte. Ingenting å utsette på dette.
