Great location, super clean. Receptionin person works only in commercial hours, but via WhatsApp was super fast the response. My only advice is to send in the same day of arrival the information how to access the building, because in our case we arrived at 9pm and the we needed to call to understand how to enter the building.

The good: The property is located in a central area in city center, very convenient. But it's not unique, there are many other hotels in the area, and one could choose other hotels in the same price range. The room has a reasonable size, with a mini kitchen (though we didn't need it). The bad: It's not a typical hotel, but an apartment building, with about a dozen rooms, not even to the level of a model in the US. The reception desk is only open for limited hours from 9 am to 2 pm. We arrived just before 9 am, hoping it would open soon. Well...not really, the employee didn't show up until 9:30. They allowed us to leave the bags at the property until the room was ready for check in. The disgusting: There is no shampoo bottle holder in the shower. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles have to sit on the shower floor. The dirty water from shower splashes all over them. Yes, the dispensers of these bottles may contain dirty water from previous occupants and what comes through it will get to your body. Disgusting! Also, the toilet paper holder is a flimsy notch about 2 inches long. When you pull the paper, the roll can easily fall onto the floor. I would not stay in the hotel again.

This is a great spot if you want the feel of living in the area. I stayed in one of the smallest accommmodations and it was very comfy. I basically had a studio apartment. Psirri and Monastiraki are great areas to visit; it will be busy with tourists. The metro is close by and there are a bunch of things to do.

Very clean rooms. Irene at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. She ordered us the airport shuttle which was also amazing. Although we didnt use the kitchen much, It was fully equipped. The rooms were very spacious! The property is about a 2-3 minute walk to the Agora Athens flea market where there is lots of shopping and great food. You can also walk to the Acropolis. This property is in the middle of everthing and within walking distance. We loved it! Thank you Irene!!! 💕

We loved the actual apartment and the view we had from our balcony (6th floor). The receptionist was incredible!!! Super nice and attentive to our needs. We were a family of 6 with a baby and felt super comfortable. He will definitely stay here again next time!

Euphoria Apartments was a nice surprise in an otherwise “sketchy looking” area! The space is modern, spacious and clean. The location is great for walking distance to shopping, restaurants and all historic sites. As I said, the area doesn’t look the greatest, but it seemed very safe, and was extremely busy on a weekend! It was very convenient that our transfer driver knew where we were going, because it was only a doorway off of the sidewalk, and I’m positive that if we were left to our own devices, I don’t know if we would’ve found it! Note-city view is looking across the road at another apartment building.

Property is in the epicenter of things, two minutes away from the metro station and five minutes walk from the Monastiraki Square and the old flea market. Regardless of the direction you chose to go, there are restaurants, cafes and just people hanging out. Place is immersed in the authentic Athens urban milieu.

Overall, the property was good. We felt safe, were a walkable distance from Monistaraki Square, and the view from the apartment was incredible. It was clean and looked like the photos. The one problem we had was the air conditioning. We were never able to get the temperature below 74° in the apartment and even had to sleep with one night in the upper 70°’s inside. That part was miserable. It was hot when we arrived and we didn’t know how to operate the unit so we could not get it cool.
