Despite their small size the pods are excellent accommodations for a single traveler in Toronto. The hotel is well-located and has all the amenities you need. I recommend bringing a sleeping mask because the light from other pods can easily leak into yours (at least if you have an upper pod.

When I arrived the staff gave me a tour of the hotel and showed me to my room. He explained everything to me. Made me feel very comfortable. It was nice to have a quick breakfast available before I left. I stayed in a single pod room. It had a small desk with a key locking drawer, a bed with bedding and a tv with headphones. All I needed.

Pros: amazing location, competitive price, welcoming staff, great kitchen and lounge area, nice to have continental breakfast with coffee with generous time frame, cozy pod. Cons: should be more clear in hotels.com listing to bring a towel because they charge $10 to rent one, also clarify in listing that laundry machine is only available upon 3rd day of stay and is $20 per load, the shower area was a little difficult because there was no changing area or place to set clothing/toiletries. Overall: I had wonderful stay and was very comfortable. I recommend and would stay again! There were travelers from around the world and most were considerate and friendly. It is not the hotel’s fault that some individuals didn’t understand to be silent in the sleeping area. Fortunately, it was very rare. I brought silicone earplugs and they were perfect for blocking night noise.

Common and share area noticeably clean. There are two shower stalls in the women section. Toilets is separate from the shower area. Both are clean and has basic supplies needed. My sleeping space is more than enough space for me and bed is comfortable. There is a room where they store towels and also a room where guest can store their suitcase. I left my suitcase next to my bunk. Staff is friendly and helpful. It was an experience for me and will probably be back but I will choose lower bunk or single room in the future.
