The manager Janice and front desk clerk Aiko were both awesome. I will make to his my go to hotel in Dawson Creek. The entire service staff was great. I gave the hotel 4 Stars not 5 as because the hotel design services they offer are not 5 stars but 3 stars the staff makes punches above their weight to make if a 4 star hotel.

The staff is amazing .The room is very clean and large. The only issue I have is the room is located in the front where there is a very busy street. This causes it to be super noisy. Very hard to sleep with the noise.

Was the pool enjoyable? Well the pool was empty, and it was filled with lamps, furnitures and mattresses not only in the pool area but in the hallway. Room had pubic hair and gum on the toilet. Bedding was stained. Floor dirty. Should have paid the extra 30$ to go to the Days Inn
