Lovely place. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and found the Townhouse conveniently located to the tram line and walking distance from great restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was located up two flights of stairs but there are rooms on the main level. Just something to be aware of for access but I highly recommend this for your stay

A beautiful place to stay with everything you need, and more. It’s very much a boutique accommodation, and I would not hesitate to give it a five star rating. It’s most definitely our new favourite place to stay when visiting Leith, and only a short tram ride from Edinburgh city centre.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the location was lovely. The only negative was the check in process: it was quite challenging because it required an online form to be completed in advance, and we hadn’t seen the message telling us to do so. We had spotty service and nearly-dead phones when we arrived, so we were just barely able to do it on the spot. We also were not able to use the luggage lockers given that we couldn’t get the required UK app to work on our US phones. Otherwise it was great!
