The down size was climbing stairs to our room which was on 2nd floor but had a set off 4 flights off stairs. The hotel is about 1 and half hours from wembley if walking. The underground is 2 mins away but when going to concert remember queues. The breakfast was average but eatable.

The hotel advertised a full English breakfast the breakfast consisted of half cooked scrambled eggs beans and chopped hotdogs in kidney beans and hash browns all of which was cold WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Odaların temizliği güzeldi. Ancak restoran kısmına aynı şeyi söyleyemeyeceğim, bariz bir kirlilik mevcuttu. Sıcak döneme denk geldiğimiz için oda adeta bir sauna gibiydi. Odadaki vantilatör yeterli değildi. Personel ilgili ve kibardı. Konumu metroya yakınlığıyla olumluydu.

Perfect location for Wembley Stadium and also a visit to central London. The staff were lovely. Buffet breakfast available with hot and cold breakfast items, juices and a coffee machine.

The staff were cordial. The breakfast was ok, a standard British breakfast. The room smelled terribly musty, especially in the bathroom. The small electric fan was filthy. We stayed for a week and they never serviced or cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels. I won’t stay there again.

The Ariana is so close to Willesden Junction, its an easy walk. The service was swift and welcoming. Food was really good and the room clean / spacious. A great stay.

Excellent.

Very nice place. It's near the tube (5 mins walk). The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but stayed the same every day. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Ariana for my next trip.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia que digamos. Está un poco lejos del centro de Londres y siempre hay que coger transporte público como el metro que está cerca eso sí pero demasiados desplazamientos. El trato del personal muy bueno, súper amables y el desayuno no estaba mal del todo pero poca variedad para ser buffet.

Do not stay at this hotel unless you don't care about a cleanliness! Booked a double room (room 16) for a two night stay. The bathroom was disgusting. Toilet not clean, tiled walls with dubious stains, sticky floor, absolutely disgusting crud around bottom of shower. Hair in the shower trap, bin dirty, toothpaste down the front of the bathroom cabinet. I work as an Airbnb cleaner and would never wish a guest to experience a bathroom as dirty as this. Bed was uncomfortable, although my husband said he didn't feel it was. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the room next door,...and I mean everything! The guests in the room next door kept us awake all night...a combination of "bedroom athletics", talking and chatting to friends on the phone. Admittedly not the fault of the hotel, but no one around to complain to when this was happening. Decided we couldn't stay another night. Staff VERY unhelpful and no response whatsoever from management when I emailed to complain. Didn't stop for breakfast, as we decided if the rooms were that dirty, then the restaurant probably wasn't much better! Also nowhere in the hotel room did we see any instructions regarding what to do in the event of a fire, which is a legal requirement!

Not the worst stay I've had

The staff were nice but the food wasn't great, for breakfast we had chopped up hotdogs in a tomato sauce and scrambled egg that wasn't quite cooked properly, the room had an ant infestation but the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a quick one night somewhere to stay close ish to wembley. But there is room for improvement for sure
