We loved our stay at these beautiful villas. The location is amazing because the property is in a quiet fruit orchard away from the busy main town. The views out the windows are spectacular in every direction. It is a gated area, so our family of four felt very safe. Inside, the villa was perfectly clean and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was also great, with lots of coffee, salt, sugar, an amazing huge fridge freezer with an icemaker, and lots of tools for cooking. The air conditioning worked very well, keeping us cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed having our own private pool right in front of the villa. Our host was wonderful and always replied very quickly with clear messages. We had a very relaxing stay and highly recommend this property to others.

Unit was very clean, modern and everything looked just like the pictures. Great landscaping. Having our own pool gave us a great spot to relax. They let us check in early which was really nice. Would book again!

Our stay at Kaluma Villas was very nice. We used this as our home base for exploring La Fortuna. It's a newer complex of villas about a 15 minute drive from the bustle of town. The chalet was clean, well equipped and welcoming. The living area is quite small, but bedrooms are large and very comfortable. The pool and patio area is a nice plus. Security is good and we felt quite safe during our stay. This is an ideal spot for 2 couples exploring the area and seeking a quiet respite outside of La Fortuna.

The property was very clean. Amenities included anything that you would need while vacationing., The manager answered all calls in a timely manner, This property was a little oasis. Very serene landscaping, rambutan, bananas, and coconuts were throughout the property. Small pond/stream near to explore. It was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Amazing property with private plunge pool. Looks as the pictures show.we enjoyed the stay and even played with the Jenga and super banco( Costa Rican monopoly).

We stayed in one of the A framed villa. We loved the private plunge pool and all the amenities that were provided at this villa. At the time we stayed there were only seven villas. Very clean and the villa looked to be new. Upstairs in the master suite there is a king sized bed. All the pillows and beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was overall comfy for our son. Big kitchen and refrigerator. There is even a small mini fridge and a sink up stairs in the master bedroom. Tiled showers are beautiful and nice had a good flow and good maintained temperature.

The property and the house were amazing! Spectacular view of Arenal from our balcony, nice pool, well stocked kitchen, and nice trails and view points on property. A short drive into La Fortuna and all the local attractions. Brayan the host was amazing. When I asked he provided local recommendations for attractions. He restocked or kitchen with more tea and coffee when we needed it. Most notably Brayan went above and beyond with a special request for Valentine's flowers.
