We loved staying at this charming, spacious , but cozy cottage! Beautiful property, we enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and grilling and eating while taking in the nice views on the huge deck. Nice hot tub, comfortable beds, huge dining room. Very charming place, it reminded me of a Cape Cod cottage, we will be back for sure, definitely exceeded our expectations!

We really enjoyed our stay here. With the exception of a tighter cooking area than expected was roomy and had a great view. Matthew’s Smokehouse a few steps away and island pie a very short drive away for some good BBQ and Pizza. It was peaceful with trails to walk and blackberries to pick for a sweet treat. Looking forward to staying again this j the future.

The cabin was very sweet and so was the property. The hot tub was such a treat and having the BBQ restaurant across the way was a huge plus! Also, Debbie came out and replaced the batteries in the remote control which was awesome! A few areas that could be improved upon: - The sliding glass door by the hot tub needs to be fixed as it wasn't secure and the only thing keeping it closed was a piece of wood which was a bit unnerving. - Perhaps having the name of the cabin - Harbor View Suite - on the check in instructions would help as we had to drive around several times to figure out which cabin was ours.

View was nice. But cottage next to a road. Advised on day of arrival that the new hot tub wasn’t hooked up and no discount offered cos of that. Kitchenette was v poorly equipped. I did text asking for a sauce pot/pan and someone arrived with one in 15 minutes which was nice. Bathroom adequate, a bath mat wasn’t flat so tried to straighten it and found the backing had disintegrated. Simple things that were a little disappointing for the price paid.

Great place to stay

Lovely cottage with a great mattress and a pretty good hottub. Dinner at the bbq restaurant was fun - band playing Friday night. Very well appointed room. Cast iron claw foot tub was fun

Very noisy AC unit, no protection from sunlight, room do not have curtains in the windows near the bed. Ocean view is partial and to a side. Do not expect great ocean view

Deer Harbor

Loved the property. There's a BBQ place right next door that had live music on one of the nights we were there. The town doesn't have a lot of breakfast options.

I communicateed I was going to be late, when I showed up the lock for the front door did not work the battery was dead. Lucky for us the back door was unlocked. The next morning I commicated the door needed to be fixed, no response. The general surfaces where clean but it needed a real deep clean. Didnt us the hot tub. Everything was out dated, and you could see repair to the structure where needed, but the over all need of a house were there. A nice small kitchen, it was tidy and well thought out for other people's needs. We enjoyed our stay and it survived a nice stay for what we needed.

There were multiple issues with this property, and I tried to reach out the second night via phone to the PM but no answer. One of the burners on the stove didn't work, the knives in the knife block were filthy with food on them, we paid for a cleaning fee too. But, worst of all there were ants all over the floor, and coming from the fireplace by the baseboard.
