Das Hotel war eine Katastrophe, nicht dort geblieben direkt ein anderes Hotel aufgesucht. Für 170€ das schlimmste was uns passieren konnte. Direkt das Gesundheitsamt angerufen und es werden rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.

Skuffende værelser og klargøring

Vi ankommer til stedet og selvom vi har booket flere timer i forvejen er værelset ikke klar og vi venter i over 30 min på de får lagt langer på dyner med store gule skjolder på. Vi havde bestilt morgenmad men valgte ikke at tage det, da vi ikke var sikre på det var forsvarligt. Der var ingen ved ud tjekning så nøgle blev bare lagt i “reception” der hang åbne ledninger ud mange steder i værelset - lignede ikke noget der burde lejes ud og mange del ær var halvt færdige. Sengene var dog gode at sove i.

Worst hotel in Germany

On arrival, we had to wait at reception for the owner to check us in. He claimed the room hadn’t been paid for, but said he had our card details and would use those. The booking was paid through Expedia, but he hadn't taken the payment. I asked what time breakfast was, but he said I had to pay extra for it—despite the property being advertised with FREE BREAKFAST. Looking back at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one misled by false information. After checking in, we were told our room wasn’t actually there—we had to walk another 500 meters to a different building. There’s limited parking outside, but luckily we found a space. To access the room, you have to unlock the main door with a key safe and then find your room yourself. It’s completely unmanned sleeping accommodation. When we entered, the room was really dirty—dust and cobwebs everywhere. The sofabed was dirty, with cigarette burns and stains on the bedsheet. It was clear the beds had never been moved for cleaning. The kitchen had damaged appliances, and there was no bag in the bin. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. In the bathroom, when we took a shower, water ran everywhere except down the drain, flooding part of the bedroom. The floor panels were already damaged, so it clearly happened to guests before us. The view from the window was something else—the owner is using the back garden as a dumping site, with rubbish piling up everywhere. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of urine whenever

Virkelig mega dårlig oplevelse

Når man kommer til stedet, bliver de overraskende over man kommer. Har ikke værelse klar, plus der stod der var morgenmaden med i prisen. Så var det ikke med alligevel. Værelse var sengen mega dårlig. Et stort bygge rode.

Horrible stay

Disappointing stay – unsafe room and misleading information I booked what was advertised as a hotel room, but upon arrival I was told the room was actually an apartment located about 200 meters away from the main hotel building. Unfortunately, the apartment was in poor condition and not properly finished. There were exposed wires sticking out of the walls, and some power outlets and light switches were incomplete or missing covers, which felt unsafe – especially for families with children. Additionally, the listing on Hotels.com clearly stated that breakfast was included, but when we arrived, the receptionist told us it would cost extra. To make matters worse, the same receptionist tried to charge me again for the room, even though it had already been fully paid for in advance. Overall, a disappointing experience. The place was not as described, and the lack of transparency and safety issues made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel until they fix these problems and improve their communication with guests.

Die Apartments sind anscheinend in der Renovierung da hier und da hängen Kabel raus. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht. Im ersten Apartment waren noch Essensreste in der Mikrowelle die bereits verschimmelt waren. Dreckige Handtücher und frei liegende Kabel. Und die Küchen Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig. Leider war auch das duschen ein Abenteuer. Anscheinend ist der Abfluss verstopft. Das Wasser lief aus der Dusche was wir auch erst bemerkten als wir fertig waren mit duschen. Alles in allem können wir sagen das wir nie wieder einen Fuß in dieses Hotel setzten werden

Auf unserer Buchungsbestätigung stand,dass man ab 13,00 Uhr einchecken könne. Um 14,30 Uhr kam die erste Gruppe an und rief die am Hotel angegebene Telefonnummer an. Ca 30 Minuten später kam ein Mitarbeiter und brachte uns (die zweite Gruppe war auch schon eingetroffen) die Schlüssel, die aber nur zu einem Apartment passten. Den Schlüssel zum zweiten Apartment erhielten wir erst gegen 16,30 Uhr. Bei der Einrichtung der Apartments gab es in einem für 4 Betten nur 3 Stühle, 2 Teller und 3 Tassen. Das Geschirr und Besteck im anderen Apartment mit 4 Betten bestand auch aus 3 Tassen, 2 Tellern und 2 Mal Besteck. Wir brauchten es nicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
