We stayed here for 1 night and I wished I stayed more. The hotel was fresh and clean, the staff were amazing, always greeting us on the way in and way out. The rooms are of high standard and very clean. I will be staying here again in the future for sure. Great location and everything was lovely especially the executive lounge. Thank to the team at Makarem burj al Madina.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience. The hotel smelled amazing — you could even smell it the moment we stepped out of the taxi! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff genuinely couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bathroom and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, being extremely close to the Haram. It was only around a 5-minute walk to the women’s entrance, which was especially convenient in the intense July heat. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is great. The only disturbance was the false fire alarm that would go off occasionally. If you are with infant get a larger room. Alaudin from room service was great.
