Our check in was delightful. We were welcomed by Laura at Front desk, charming and professional, a true asset to the Hotel. Our room was modern, impeccably clean, with nespresso machine, robes and slippers. Designed well, toilet is separate from shower and vanity area. Great hair dryer and clothes steamer. We loved our stay. We walked everywhere. We wished our stay would have been longer, only 2 nights.

The staff at any hotel are front-face of the hotel. The staff I interacted with at the reception, restaurant and cleaning staff are excellent! They go out of their way to help! My only disappointment was I ran out of handkerchives on the first day and the box wasn't replaced. I'm not sure if that's a policy at the hotel. The room I had was a decent size and thankfully it was warm. As I was attending a conference I was not in the room much. For me, the hotel was very conveniently located and there is a supermarket nearby too.

The hotel was okay, but definitely not a four-star hotel. This was our third time in Vienna, and clearly the weakest hotel in terms of quality. For example, the breakfast area was very crowded and poorly organized with limited space. The room was extremely hot, and the air conditioning only blew warm air. We practically didn’t sleep properly for the entire holiday. However, the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was excellent, evening meal was limited. Didn’t change the menu in the week same menu for a week. have to ask for milk for the room and teabags and water every day. Staff are very friendly and do as much as they can with the limited resources for food and drink bar shops at 9 o’clock so you cannot order anything after nine. rooms were clean and presentable every day.
