On the whole it was tremendous value in a district i love. However it seemed that the property had some teething issues. The other thing i would say is that on check in is that it is instructed for the face to be registered so that the first two doors are mich easier to navigate.

Roomo – Never Again! Sometimes it’s difficult to give a bad review because you wonder if you’re being too harsh on the establishment, but that’s not the case with Roomo. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels in Brazil, some of which were of a very high standard (Copacabana Palace, for example) to others that were average or very poor. We have never stayed anywhere as disagreeable as the Roomo establishment in Alto do Ipiranga in São Paulo. I know it’s not a hotel, but it has most of the amenities of a hotel The problems started with our arrival. Roomo is advertised as ‘a flexible, hassle-free rental model for residential buildings’, however it’s anything but hassle-free. It took us 40 minutes to get from reception to our room due to the bureaucracy – via WhatsApp, they asked for a printout copy of our reservation, which was in my laptop in a suitcase and, being stuck in reception, I had no access to a printer. Then, because I hadn’t previously noticed that I had to provide my wife’s details, I had to send (via WhatsApp) her full name, her Brazilian tax reference number, her date of birth, her address (same as mine), her email address, her WhatsApp telephone number, a photo of her ID and a selfie. We had to do this while stuck in reception (basically, a corridor) instead of letting us into our room, which was already fully paid. It was the start of a poor experience. This text box doesn't allow me to continue - not enough space.

Quase perfeito.

Muito bom prédio e bairro, apto também porém a persiana estava quebrada e nao consegui acessar a sacada então fiquei fechado o tempo todo, mandaram alguém arrumar mas não deu certo. Não tem vaga de garagem, infelizmente, tem que rodar as ruas ali pra parar, é difícil. O banheiro tem shampoo e cond. embutido na parede do box, bem legal (não consegui usar o cond, mesmo girando a tampa). O acesso ao prédio é ótimo com reconhecimento facial que vc cadastra na chegada. Eu ficaria de novo mas com o devido acesso pra varanda. Senti falta de tapete no banheiro, mandam 2 toalhas de banho e uma de rosto.

Essa foi uma hospedagem 100% satisfatória. Fiquei 6 dias amei muito! - uma quadra do metrô. - otimo bairro e seguro.Cheguei as 4h da manhã via metrô e deu tudo certo. Tem mercados, farmacias na quadra ao lado. -prédio novo. - studio novo. Aparelhos domésticos novos. Higiênico. - cama confortavel. Roupa de cama confortável e macia. - a lavanderia do predio é da Omo. Super facil de usar e barata. Nao precisei comprar os produtos. Lava e seca. -piscina linda. Academia otima. - tv grande e com apps de filmes. - acesso eletrônico, sem chaves. Hospedagem de alto padrão. Com certeza voltarei. Pontos de atenção: - o box do banheiro é apertadinho. Se vc precisa de espaço para banho, é bom analisar bem. - é disponibilizada apenas uma toalha por hospede. - me informaram o numero do predio como 262, porem não é. O numero onde é a entrada é o 286. - a cortina esta quebrada, então nao fechou 100%. Mas os pontos acima não impediu de termos uma ótima experiencia. Melhor hospedagem que fiquei em sp até o momento.
