We had a good stay at the hotel, we had dinner there which was quick and served quickly and really good quality. Our breakfast was a bit different as it took almost 30 minutes to get a croisant and a scrambled egg, but was good when it arrived.

Nice room and good breakfast. Plenty of parking despite hotels.com stating there isn't any. It's a bit out of the way but was ideal for what we wanted. Staff were welcoming.

A charming Gastropub hotel on the edge of Epping Forest conveniently located near Chingford overground station with direct links to Liverpool St. The hotel is a tudor style timber and white plaster building with stained glass windows amongst many other old world embellishments. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the restaurant a treat with exceedingly helpful and pleasant staff.
