Shower was broken. Beds weren't very comfortable. Place horribly smells of weed and all but 1 elevator was out of service. It was quite, the breakfast was good, front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the shuttle service was perfect. Overall it was fine for one night before our flight.

This hotel was extremely dated and needed a lot of repairs. In the lobby, it had a set of nice leather sofas but also had a worn out set at the entrance. It had 3 elevators but only one worked. The carpet was dingy dirty. Walls in the room had stains. The shampoo, soap, and other items looked like it was a collection fron several different hotels. I found it kind of weird that you had to check-in before you ate breakfast. The rod in the bathroom was loose and about to fall down. There was no toilet paperroll holder as well. The hotel smelled of smoke. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. I also would have preferred that the Uber and other deliveries come to the room not put on a shelf that was already occupied. Or had a cubby system for the deliveries.

Ok, No cleaning staff!!! People/I waited 45 mins.+ to get in. Front desk left with issues and no answers until rooms were clean. Line out the door just to get a room card, frustrating. Beyond the lobby you could see neglect and poor building conditions, an elevator was down.

This is a run down property in a very sketchy area with a lot of shady characters hanging around. The room was adequate just to spend the night but not a place I would want to hang out. The hotel was great as it provided an airport shuttle service and the room I was staying in was clean and comfortable. You can tell the building is old as there are some areas in the hallways and stairwells that were not very clean and some items lying around the floors that needed to be cleaned up. I did see one person cleaning up a stairwell area which was good to see. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good as well. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

But this hotel needs work. needs lots of updates both maintenance wise & aesthetically. room was neat but I don’t know about clean. stains on sheets, pillowcase was inside out... hallways smelled like straight weed. the pool was green so not safe for swimming. My family and I stayed there numerous times for a few years. It's been awhile. We stayed there the night before our flight. We walked into the lobby, and it smelled as if we walked into a cloud of Marijuana. I was hoping that someone tried to smoke in the facility and was asked to leave since its always been a no smoking establishment. We got our room and the entire building smelled the same. It was strong and causing my head to hurt. The beds were lopsided and stained. The shower curtain could not stay stretched out due to the bent bar. It was disappointing to say the lease.

If you are just looking for a bed to sleep in, the sheets were clean. Maintenance and upkeep were very poor. Our room was not well cleaned. There was a large hole in the wall the was filled with expanding foam. There were large stains on the floor. Part of the A/C unit was laying on the floor. There was a phone in the room but NO cord at all. Nothing to even plug it into!! I would give it a generous 2 overall. Not impressed.

Don't be deceived by the word quality, this is a very old, dirty and run down place. Staff is nice and I survived the night, but this place is very run down and dirty. Bed was dirty, shower had rust on the tub, ceiling tiles are missing all over, the pool is green and looks radioactive, and then the best part was the fire alarm that went off in the morning for who knows what reason. If it were a real fire everyone would have died because when I went rushing out, everyone else was acting as if they had no idea what the trouble was for. Also it is labeled as 100% non-smoking but the hallway down the first floor completely smelled like cigarette smoke. I survived so it wasn't that bad, but it was a very sub-optimal experience.

DO NOT BOOK DO NOT BOOK! The MOTEL was dirty from inside to outside. The pictures are false advertising. The smell of the entire building is horrible! People are living there like a MOTEL 8. The staff has to walk around with mace for drunk and drug use guest cause they lounge around the lobby. Our room was changed 3 times before it was decent enough to go through a night since I couldn’t get my money back. The bathrooms are nasty I would rather stink. They share a microwave in the lobby so the smells lingering around. They have silverware in a bowl everyone touch and grab. I didn’t eat breakfast cause yuck! The stay was unfortunate and I wish I would’ve just left when I seen the first drug user yelling in the lobby. The only good thing is the free shuttle!

Well, check was a bit confusing when I didn't get a room key, due to the machine that makes the keys was broke. I was told this issue was going be resolve in a couple of hours. This never happened. I had to be escort to my room my whole stay. One time I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to open my door. The room was nice and cold which was nice. The bathroom, shower area has mold on the walls and the shower fan was not working at all. The toilet seat was broken and the sink backup. The sheets on the bed look clean , but I used sheets that I had. The bed had an area that would sink in. I had to clean the room with disinfectant spray. It was nice there was a coffee make, but it was not well maintained and the water would have partial in it. The refrigerator was work but a low cooling temperature. The TV was working well and I was able to see the World Cup Game. I didn't make it to the breakfast in the morning, but they provide it. Overall, I was very disappointed with the poor condition of the hotel. The staff did the best they could with the key situation. I would not stay here again and I will be writing to Quality Inn corporate and asked them to check in the situation in this place.

I would not recommend spending your money on this hotel. Throughout the property, there are signs warning guests about fines for smoking in the rooms, yet the entire hotel has a strong, stale smoke odor. Some of the issues I experienced were: 1. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that smelled heavily of smoke. 2. The bed sheets appeared dirty. 3. Many of the people staying at the hotel seemed to be long-term residents, and the overall atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable. 4. The bathtub had visible rust. 5. The breakfast was disappointing there were very few options available, and the quality was poor. That said, there were two positive aspects of my stay: 1. Staff: After I reported the issues with my original room, the staff promptly moved me to a better room without any hassle. Their willingness to help was appreciated. 2. Shuttle Service: The shuttle service was excellent, with great communication and reliable transportation. Unfortunately, while the staff and shuttle service were great, the overall condition of the hotel did not meet my expectations and for that I will NEVER BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
