We liked this place, the staff are friendly and provided a simple breakfast that gets your stay started. The hotel was close to all we needed. Only downside is that the room gets very humid even with the ac on. We will be back in a few days for an extra night before leaving Pereira! 👏

Very friendly and efficient staff. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The elevator wasn't working, which is not an issue for me but something to note if others depend on it. I only had a cup of coffee for breakfast, but I think they offer a good breakfast Overall I'm pleased with my stay, and the location was perfect

We came back after a few days away from Pereira and the staff had looked out for your big suitcase in the meantime. So helpful, thank you! We enjoyed this short time around even though there were a strange ticking noise in the room during the night, but we just used our earplugs .

Tuve una estancia excelente. El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero, a la vez, muy cerca de todos los comercios. Mi habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y contaba con todo lo necesario: aire acondicionado y televisión por satélite. Además, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento y el desayuno estaba delicioso. ¡Muy recomendable!
