Our room was very small, and there wasn’t a coffee maker. The location was great!

Well it was okay Room was nice but the disappointing part is the bath house very weird rules have to use it for 4 hrs. And it was not available even if we wanted to use it and there were like bearly anyone in there. The sauna was just 2 people but they didn’t allow us to use it even if we were willing to pay. So definitely not going back. It’s a lovely bathhouse newly built but these crazy communist rules just forget about it. Maybe tear a page and call establishments like Elota mills spa and follow that template because it’s successful. None of this 4 hr rule doesn’t work. Disappointing and not going back. Thanks

Great boutique hotel. Amazing location. Rooms don’t quite live up to expectation in terms of design, but lobby and patio/ restaurant are lovely. Pricey for Kingston.

Beautifully renovated.
Clean rooms with amazing smells throughout.
Only downside is they do not serve a regular breakfast it’s more of a continental for a very high price, but you can walk to restaurants very close by and make delicious breakfast.

This newly renovated hotel is a beautiful gem in a residential neighbourhood near Lake Ontario. The renovation is gorgeous, a spectacular reimagining of a Victorian space. The room was small but very well appointed and tastefully decorated. Bed linens and mattress of very high quality. It's a great option if you are visiitng your kid at Queen's or in town to enjoy the downtown—the location is about halfway between the main part of the campus and the downtown strip. We loved it and will be back to visit the spa when it opens soon!

This hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels!
We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down, with the entrance and parking being tight. When we were there, the parking was mostly empty so it wasn't a big deal but I can see how it would be difficult to access and park if it was full.
Overall great, we are very happy with our stay.
