8/10 Very good

O LOCAL E PERFEITO, (EXCETO) NA ENTRADA DA RECEPÇAÕ, QUANDO O HOSPEDE CHEGA E NAO CONHECE O LOCAL, FICA NA PORTA DE ENTRADA, ESPERANDO QUE A RECEPÇÃO ABRA A PORTA E ELES FICAM OLHANDO E NAO ABRE, E BEM CONSTRAGENDOR.. PEDEM A BIOMETRIA ANTES E QUANDO CHEGA NÃO SERVE ATE QUE A RECEPÇÃO FACA NOVAMENTE. E UM PONTO QUE DEVERIAM FOCAR. SE TEM UMA CATRACA APOS A RECEPÇÃO CREIO QUE JA E SUFICIENTE.

6/10 Good

A localização é boa, o quarto é confortável, mas pelo valor que paguei deveria ter serviço de limpeza do flat e no mínimo a retirada do lixo. Eu já fiquei em outros flats que ofereciam este serviço
