The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.

A localização do hotel é muito boa, especialmente para quem vai a compras em Ciudad del Este, pois fica perto de tudo e facilita bastante o deslocamento. Porém, infelizmente a experiência com a hospedagem deixou muito a desejar. O quarto não correspondia em nada às fotos divulgadas no site. A limpeza estava apenas razoável e longe do padrão esperado para um hotel, inclusive havia sujeira no box do banheiro. O café da manhã também era bem simples, sem nada de especial. Outro ponto muito ruim foi a ventilação do quarto. A janela de um lado dava para uma garagem e do outro para um corredor interno, então praticamente não havia circulação de ar. Além disso, a porta do quarto era de correr e ficava com uma fresta aberta mesmo trancada, permitindo ver parte do interior do quarto, o que compromete totalmente a privacidade. A fechadura também parecia extremamente frágil, passando pouca sensação de segurança.

Wifi não estava legal. Solicitei serviço de quarto porque fiquei doente e o rapaz na recepção me mandou buscar o prato no térreo. Toalhas estavam com odor de guardadas umidas, mesmo trocando. Mas é um hotel custo benefício e próximo ao centro. No geral o pessoal atende bem e o quarto estava limpo. Café da manhã não tem opção de leite sem lactose, o que hoje em dia é bem comum. Mas eu voltaria se fosse apenas um lugar para dormir. Vale a pena.

O café da manhã é simples, não tem muita opção, é servido somente até as 09hrs, ponto mega negativo. Quando chegamos das compras, no quarto família, o chuveiro ficou sem água quente, tivemos que esperar mais de 1hr para voltar a ter água quente, mas tudo bem… foi o tempo de jantar. No geral o quarto família é gigantesco. Amei.

Quarto e dependências eram limpos. Água do chuveiro excelente. Porém, a janela do quarto é virada para o corredor do hotel, você escuta tudo o que acontece nos quartos vizinhos. Tem estacionamento e funcionários foram bem gentis conosco após o checkout permitiram o carro ficar lá mais um tempo. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, não tem muita opção e qualidade baixa.

O Hotel Darling é um local com excelente custo benefício, pois fica no centro, pertinho de tudo. O quarto é muito bom, pois tem uma cama king, confortável, armário, tv com YouTube, ar-condicionado, chuveiro maravilhoso, forte e na temperatura que vc quiser. O café da manhã é farto e saboroso. Os funcionários são gentis e atenciosos, sempre procurando nos ajudar. Indico e da próxima vez que eu voltar a Ciudad del Este ficarei no Darling novamente.
