A equipe de funcionários é ótima, foram todos atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto estava limpo, com mesa, cadeiras, frigobar, cadeiras, ferro de passar roupa, Internet, TV, café da manhã bom, mas carece de algumas comodidades como espelho para o corpo, e algumas outras prometidas no anúncio como banheira com hidromassagem. A pousada é híbrida, área para hospedagem e área para motel, e isso não ficou claro no anúncio. Além disso, a forma de pagamento foi divergente com a que contratei. O local é próximo da Ponta Negra, mas distante do centro da cidade.

A temperatura da água da hidromasagem estava morna, prometeram trocar de suite e depois de 10 minutos de espera falaram que não tinham outra suite e desligaram o telefone sem dar mais explicações, Na saída tentaram cobrar a troca de 2 toalhas e um travesseiro, mas dessistiram pois estava dentro do pacote. Por último, o colchão não era confortável. Não recomendo.

Ao reservar, considere tratar-se de um Motel. O fato em si, não é problema. No entanto, algumas coisas se tornam complicadas. Ex.: como a recepção é de um motel, toda entrada e saída é mais difícil. Fomos bem atendidos de modo geral, tanto pela recepção, e especialmente pela sra. que prepara o café, pessoa bastante gentil.
