This is a clean, conveniently located motel. It has been remodeled within the last several years. The staff is friendly and helpful; pet friendly. Price is very good. Located on a busy road so bring ear plugs if traffic noise disturbs your sleep. Very good hot water. Two of us traveling so the room was adequate in size, 1 queen bed. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person, a self-described “retired guy” was delightful, and very helpful! The property was basic and clean. Very reasonably priced. There’s a convenience store next door and the visitors center is next to the convenience store. Just past the visitors center, you can cross the road and access a walking/bike path along the lake. It’s a very short walk on that path to a nice little beach, coffee shops, etc. You can also easily walk into town. So, can’t beat the location!

I can’t say enough good things. A room in the facilities were flawless and updated. It felt brand new, incredibly clean. Like spotless. Lots of extra touches and details that really stood out. The bed was considerable. Wonderful experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clearly an older property, but was very recently given an interior renovation. The flooring, bedding, bath fixtures, coffee maker, tv, curtains, ac unit were all brand new. No odors, dirt, stains, etc. The LVP floor was very clean. If maintained as present, will be cleaner to walk on than carpet. Perhaps the hard floor didn't dampen the ac and road noise, as more noticeable, but the cleanliness exceeded expectations. The lot would be too small if booked full. Mgr said the surface and re-marking are in the owner's plans. No breakfast, (no common lounge) but they supplied a few bars and free coffee. Other snacks available from mgr. Is close to parks, restaurants and main highway into town. Huge tv in our room. Very pleased. Would stay again.
