Was a little worried when i arrived, looked a bit 'Iffy'. However, gentleman on reception was very pleasant, I was dealt with quickly and headed to my room. The room was a good size, very basic and industrial, but comfy bed and has all the things you need. This isn't a cozy place, but certainly does the job, cracking location for the city centre, easy parking .

Room was spotless. Air conditioning brilliant. Bed just right had a great nights sleep. Manager changed my room on learning I had mobility issues. Couldn’t have been more helpful since I had booked a room not suitable for me. Around 10 mins walk to Primark and the big shopping mall. 20 mins for me thought there were plenty of benches on the way. A great experience and could put some of the larger hotels to shame. Will definitely be revisiting in the future. Other family members had 3 rooms and they couldn’t fault it.
