Although we were at Paddler’s Rest briefly, we would return again to enjoy all of the amenities. The private sandy beach, indoor game room, and free use of kayaks and canoes were a huge bonus. The refrigerator in the motel room was sizable. The staff were welcoming and quick to give us dining suggestions.

The owner and his family were extremely attentive in getting us settled and making sure we knew everything the property had to offer, including fire pits stocked with wood overlooking the lake, a private beach, and complimentary canoes and kayaks. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and a great access point to all Long Lake has to offer.

This was a nice place to stay for a brief, overnight stay. It was conveniently located in the heart of town and just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Long Lake. The room was a little basic but it did have a super refreshing shower. Would stay again because of the nice staff & convenience factor.
