Room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only issues were the stoppers in the bathroom sink and bathtub, but not a biggie in terms of overall comfort! I would recommend, and plan to book here again on my next visit to Vernal, UT!

The room was basic and cheap. Bed was clean, but carpet was doubtful. The room was never made up while we were there, but they did bring towels once. Breakfast was not good, only tried it once.

This is an older motel style establishment that has been updated somewhat recently. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen with a stove top and a bigger than usual sized refrigerator in the room. The room was supposed to have a coffee maker and a microwave but had neither. The breakfast was very basic consisting of cold cereal, a waffle maker and bread for toast, plus fresh fruit. The staff was friendly helpful. The room and bedding was clean. While I would consider this a very basic type accommodation, for the price it was quite comfortable and felt very safe. If it hadn’t been missing the coffee pot and the microwave I would have been quite impressed. I should have asked about the missing appliances I guess. Despite that, I would consider staying here again for the great price of the room.

Everything in the room had been updated. It was very clean and seemed new. I had some issues with programming the brand new TV and the microwave didn't work until a staff member was able to get it operating.

The sheets didn't seem to have been changed. The curtains were sheer with no blackout possibilities. And the coffee pot didn't work. To be fair I left early enough that I didn't bring anything up with the staff who were very efficient at checkin.

Folded the towels fancy but missed the dead bug in the bathroom. Seems like an easy one. The air conditioner was significantly loud and sleep-disturbing. Why are loud air conditioners only found in cheap hotels? There is better technology readily available. But it was a cheap room and did the job.

This place was only rated barely OK. The breakfast was minimal. One waffle maker some small yogurt containers (if you got there first), bread and a toaster. pop tarts and some cold cereal. The staff didn't know how to make the coffee maker work so no coffee in the lobby on the first morning. There was no hair dryer. The microwave and coffee maker didn't work although the next day they moved them to a location that had power. but not in the kitchenette. They also provided a hair dryer the next day but it was made for a wall mount so wasn't very convenient to use. The room was nice and clean except for the floor which hadn't been mopped in a long time. We stayed 5 nights because it was close to the conference center and the price was low but other than that it is hardly worth considering.

Room was clean. Hot water immediately at tap and good shower pressure. I did need to call the contact number during office hours in order to check in. I would stay there again.

No staff was on site to check us in. It took us 20 min to get someone on the phone, who checked us in remotely. The door code didn't work and they told us to wait an hour and try again. Had to force them to move us to a different room. The A/C was set as low as possible and it was still 85* in the room. Cracks in both the sink and shower. Earwigs were found inside the mini fridge.

The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process.

We arrived with dead phones, no charger, and facing a morning walk across town to the airport. The staff was so kind, let us borrow a charger and offered to shuttle us to the airport. Great room with even better staff. If I'm ever in Vernal again there's nowhere else I'd rather stay.

The vent in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:00am to 9:00am. But by 8:00am it was all gone. Staff is not in the office most of the time. Slightly overpriced for what you get. But it is priced in the lower third of hotels in the town.

First of all, the check-in agent was super nice. And the little playground was shady and cute and had a merry-go-round. So there is that. We chose this property because it had a room with 3 queen beds and would sleep 6, and the reviews said it had been recently renovated. I have to assume we didn't get one of the renovated rooms. When we arrived, everything, and I mean everything, was unplugged: bed lights, TVs, even the full-size fridge (rendering it useless for an overnight stay, as it wouldn't cool down in time. The fridge also smelled). We found a couple of bugs in the room: small beetles, not bedbugs or roaches, but still. The sheets seemed new and clean, and the room had recently been painted. But the bedspreads were stained (or dirty) and the door looked like someone had tried to kick it in. All in all, it didn't quite look like the pictures or live up to the reviews. But maybe we just got one of the last rooms to be updated?

Looks like the young couple running/owning the place are trying to bring it up. Needs a lot of work. But I suppose it is “average” for these one-off motels.
