Staff was nice, rooms were generally clean...however, the hotel was under renovation so, no amenities. I would go there again because of its proximity to the beach and red sea mall

The room it self is pretty nice and clean. But.... the hard to find it on the map, dirty area, staff are Irogant as hell. No food places around exept for the tasteless Albaiq chicken. I would not recommend this place.

Scamming people by displaying incorrect location

Did not stay in this hotel as the location displayed on the map was incorrect. Had booked another hotel. Hotel did not accept their error and did not refund the amount.

Requested for cleaning..no one took care of that. Stayed thrre for 3 days and didnt receive any towels. Everything was a mess for the period of our stay having 2 rooms no kept up to par. We requested reception and they said ok but no one came. We saw the housekeeping team and asked them and they said we had to request it from reception. We're not quite happy with the service or the stay experience.
