The bed had stains on sheets. Bathroom wasn't clean. Amiture repairs made to property. When we complained was told the clean another room, we waited for an half hour and decided to go somewhere else. Wouldn't let my dog stay here.

There were mushrooms growing out of and underneath the vanity sink in the bathroom and that clearly means that there is MOLD. TV wasn't set up prior to my stay had to do it myself. Other then that the young lady at the front desk at check in was awesome and very nice.

Very Disappointing Experience – Room Was Not as Booked This motel was very poorly maintained, and the room availability shown when booking was not accurate. We specifically purchased a room with two queen beds because we were traveling for work and needed the additional sleeping space, and the location was convenient to our job site. When we arrived, we were given a room with only one king bed. We brought this to the staff’s attention, and they assured us they would make it right by providing the correct room the following day. However, when we returned the second day, instead of providing the room we had purchased, they attempted to put a second bed into the same room. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The bed was visibly dirty, and there were bugs in the room. The overall property appeared poorly maintained. We were also very uncomfortable with the safety of the area. We arrived around 1:00 AM, and there were people outside drinking and what appeared to be using drugs in their vehicles. We did not feel safe staying at the property. Overall, we are extremely unhappy with this experience. We paid for a specific room type that was never provided, and we are particularly frustrated that Hotels.com charged us for the second night even though the motel did not provide the room we had purchased or promised to provide. We would not stay at this property again and believe a refund for the second night is warranted.

Well the room would be nice if the floors were cleaned the shower actually had a used bar of soap in the bottom I keep cleaner in my car yay there was actually mold under the sink but here’s the picture of the mushroom growing from the sink and I had a welcome guest I put outside as soon as I found him he was a brown recluse I believe

Worst hotel stay EVER!!!

The check in alone should have been a red flag, it was an outdoor service window. The room itself was awful. It was small and cramped and freezing cold. The bed had two very flat pillows (thankfully we always bring our own from home). My fiance went to put his drinks in the refrigerator and couldn't even leave them in there because it was so dirty. The room didn't warm up enough for us to even be comfortable for like 5 hours (no exaggerating). The bathroom had a tiny little shower stall, and a toilet that had matchbooks under it to keep it level. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder just a roll sitting on a makeshift stand that covered the water pipes. The curtains on the window right next to the bed didn't even cover the entire window. There was a huge gap in the door which is probably why it took so long to warm the room up, and the chain lock was broken and missing. Thankfully this was just a random last minute night away for my fiance and I because it was an awful experience.
