Çalışankar son derece ilgili. Lokasyon da fena değil, son derece sakin bir otel. Fakat biraz bakımsız.

Thank you for a great stay

This is an amazing property, we are in hotels 100 days of the year and this was a great property, especially for Turkey. Great view, decor, the private pool was hot enough to use even when it was raining. Stayed in a few other properties in this town and by far this was the best. Good simple breakfast served right to our door and was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Very patient we had a late arrival due to traffic problems and they were still there waiting and friendly. Such a nice place we booked an additional night because we just wanted to enjoy it more. So if that is not a huge compliment I don’t know what is.

6/10 不錯哦

Take care of your facility - it is falling apart

It is a great facility but their Maintenace of it is poor- broken doors that do not lock - shower heads not working- horrible smell in bathroom that won't go away-- Bathroom toilet would not quit running all night. No shampoo - just body wash-- upscale prices, not upscale quality. Breakfast they offer is a joke even for Turkey.

8/10 非常好

öncelikle personel çok ilgili ve nazikti. Çok efendi insanlardı, ne istediysek, dediysek anında tamam dediler ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı oldular. biz giriş tarihini değiştire bilmek için extra ödeme yapmıştık, konaklamaya varınca kokarca böcek istilası olduğunu dediler 2-3 gündür. Neden daha önce haber vermediniz, tarihi değiştirirdik dedik, bişey demediler. Konakladığımız günler boyunca böcekler vardı salonda ve yatak odasında. maalesef villa temiz değildi, giriş kattakı tualet kullanılmış sifonu çekilmemişdi, çöpü atılmamıştı. Yerler süpürülmemişti, odalar temiz değildi. Nevresim kirliydi, değiştirilmesini istedik. tencere yıkanmamıştı kendimize yenisini aldık.Bence ödediğimiz fiyat biraz fazlaydı konaklama yeri için. hizmet, kahvaltı, havuz güzeldi
