This was my second stay at Richemont. Our first stay was in the residence and the most recent in a regular double room. I was wowed by both. The location is wonderful, the staff go above and beyond. The restaurant is very good as well!

Location was amazing! Beds were comfy and rooms were nice, staff was friendly and quick. Bikes were awesome, must use! Few comments: dead plants on the balcony, light out in bathroom when I arrived (fixed quick), bathroom faucet knob very loose, dust on items in the room, bathroom amenities not up to par for 4 star hotel, room service during the day not the best. Pretty good but expected more for the amount we paid.

We loved our stay at this property! The only complaint we had was a weird and loud clicking sound that our AC made thru night. Staff seems like they are very responsive and it was reported at check-out. I’m sure it will be taken care of! The restaurant on property was OUTSTANDING and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. Staff were amazing and friendly.
