Overall our stay was great with the following exceptions: - the teen club does not open till 1pm, which is inconvenient because the kids club is open at 10 am, you find yourself having to wait if you have multiple children - the rooms are prone to ants crawling about, we set our water bottle down and within 10 minutes there were ants flocking to the condensation -the selection of drinks were limited depending on which area you went to

The location of the property was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the lack of smart features on the TV was a major drawback. Additionally, it was disappointing that many areas of the property were closed for maintenance, and no snack-style food was served anywhere outside the main building. With a bit of maintenance and upgraded amenities, this place could be much better.

Superb hotel with very good food and service. Brilliant for a family trip. The evening entertainment at this hotel is the best I’ve ever seen, it’s like a full west end show every night. Staff are great. Restaurants also very good. The condition of the hotel is good, the rooms are good (not the best Ive been to at a Rixos but still good). The hotel is very Russian heavy and as a result some stuff is aimed to that culture, but not a major issue.

Wonderful hotel , air condition in the room should be able to cool down under 21,5 degrees. Otherwise perfect. Outstanding service and wonderful a la carte restaurants
