Our family really enjoyed staying here. The location is perfect and close to all of the tourist attractions. The rooms were comfortable and modern and still kept that authentic cave feel. We went during a hot season and our rooms still stayed nice and cool. The staff was incredible and accommodating. They really personalized our experience and catered to our needs. The breakfast was a great buffet style Turkish breakfast. A huge plus was being able to see the hot air balloons from the terrace! We got amazing photos from there and it was nice being able to wake up and see them right from our hotel.

Kahvaltı açık büfe kahvaltı şeklindeydi kuş sütü eksikti tabiri çok yerinde olur diye düşünüyorum. Ürünler taze yöresel sağlıklıydi kahvaltıya dair her şey düşünülmüştü ayrıca kahvaltı ücrete dahil. Otelde kendimizi evimiz gibi hissettiren otel işletmecilerine ve çalışanlara teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Bize çok güzel bir otel ve Nevşehir deneyimi yaşattılar. Ayrıca otel işletmecimiz Ayşe hanım gezi için bize rota oluşturdu bilgi ve tecrübeleri bize yol gösterdi kendisi bu konudada ilgili ve bilgili oldu. Akşam teras manzara harikaydı Uçhisar kalesinin hemen altındaydı otel ve Nevşehir’in de en güzel manzarasına sahipti. Özellikle çok bilinen mekanlara yakın bir konumda otelin konumu ve ulaşım da harika. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum. Oda çok temizdi, manzaramız harikaydı. Sabah kalkıp balonlari izledik. Kahvaltı gayet doyurucu ve keyifliydi. Otel sahibesi Ayşenur hanım bizi kapıya kadar uğurladı güler yüzlü, çok alakalı bir hanımefendi. Gezilecek yerler konusunda yardımcı oldu, Fiyatı da gayet uygundu, Tesadüfen bulduğum otel şansımıza bu kadar iyi çıkabilirdi. Herkese tavsiye ederim. İyi tatiller .

Ich habe extra ein grösseres Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht und dafür nicht wenig bezahlt. Leider war der Jacuzzi sehr schlecht gewartet. Als wir ihn eingeschaltet haben, kam aus den Düsen Schmutz heraus, wodurch das Wasser sofort verschmutzt wurde. Aus diesem Grund konnten wir den Jacuzzi leider überhaupt nicht benutzen, was für uns sehr enttäuschend war. Gerade weil wir für dieses Zimmer einen Aufpreis bezahlt haben, hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet.

Konaklama yerimiz harikaydı, Uçhisar Kalesinin hemen altında manzarası çok güzeldi. Açık büfe kahvaltıda akla gelebilecek her ley düşünülmüştü.Otel işletmecisi olan hanımefendi ve tüm çalışanları çok sıcakkanlı, yardımseverdi. Özellikle Ayşe hanım çok içten ve yardımseverdi. İlk gittiğimiz yerde sanki yıllardır kalmışız gibiydi. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. En kısa zamanda tekrar gideceğiz:)
