This is a perfect spot for the weekend if you are off around Napier visiting all sites. Great place for a good night sleep. Would absolutely stay here again. Thought the price was spot o. The price was perfect. The location was only a few minutes to Mission Estate Winery and Church Road winery. Could get downtown very easily. Loved the patio.

Parking was good. Staff were welcoming. Rooms and layout good. TV was work in progress. Couldn't get to work as it should. Toilet cistern is continously leaking and needs Seals fixed. This kept me awake at night as it re topped up the cistern. Kitchen just ok. Main knife for cutting fruit and vege was blunt. etc.

Had everything we needed however the air con wasn’t working and neither was the tv in the bedroom. Also the bathroom and kitchen floors have not been washed in a long time. There was sticky stuff all over the floors.
