The bathroom was dirty. The sink was dirty, the tub was dirty ,the woodwork was dirty. The entry light into the room did not work. I would have left however I had already prepaid for the room. The linens on the bed were clean, so was the mattress cover and the floor was acceptable. When going to the bathroom in the middle of the night experienced some bugs crawling across the floor. I believe there were people placed to live at this hotel that had no other home.

Sorry to say, the place looked disgusting. Pretty sure there were bed bugs. My boyfriend and I didn’t want to leave anything on the bed. We came in, changed for a wedding and went. When we returned we said we’re not staying here. We were going to drive back down to NYC, but we found a much nicer room in the Holiday Inn close by, about 4 minute drive. This place was just disgusting. Smelled like smoke everywhere. Windows not clean, homeless people, and drug dealers on the sidewalks. Just go somewhere else.

Room is in terrible disrepair. The review I read about rusted to holder and mold on the wall and ceiling in the shower? Dead on point. After already changing rooms the front desk guy did at least come wash our tub of all the left over hair but overall it was just really bad .

This is like a halfway house for unhoused that the state pays to stay here. Drug deals going down in the hallways, staff actually had a ankle monitor with a bandana to cover it. Forget the breakfast, 2 tables and sketchy items. Coffee and go. Will definitely not stay there again

This place was the worse hotel I have ever seen. It was full of cigarette smoke, chunks for carpet were missing, the room looked nothing like the photo. It was also renamed to make it seem as if this were another hotal (Cayuga Inn at the Finger Lakes vs the REAL Inn at the Finger Lakes.) I want a full refund because I could not stay there.

The pictures online did not match the condition of the hotel. The neighborhood was sketchy. The desk staff was very jolly and nice. The carpet on the stairs were filthy and the lobby and outside smelled like weed. Surprisingly the room was comfortable. The bed was good. However it could have been cleaned better. There were limited items at breakfast.

Room was filthy. Hair all over the bathroom. Linens were very stained. Ended up not even staying. Worst money spent. We get a room in auburn maybe once a month so we can hang out in town drink and no one worry about driving. Uber from my house is more than just getting the room normally. But this time wasn’t worth it. We thought we would try new spot. Biggest regrets on that.

I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross.

This place was extremely dirty and nothing like the pictures. I’m honestly not sure how it passes inspection. I would’ve rather slept in my car. Thankfully, I was able to find another hotel up the street, even though it was much more expensive, it was worth it. There were also people hanging around the parking lot who made the property feel unsafe. Definitely read the reviews before booking.

The man checking us in was nice but this was by far the dirtiest place I have stayed in my life! The pictures are either photo shopped or taken somewhere else. Also, I think I smoked more marijuana that was outside my window with the people hanging outside my window talking all night! This place should be closed down!
