Nice apartment, short walk from Cannaregio shopping area, vaporetto stop, and train station, surroundings are safe. Rooms are clean and as shown in the pictures. Staff is responsive to messages, and room service can be requested. Overall, excellent choice given what's available in Venice.

The location is convenient and close to transportation, restaurants, and shopping. Yet it is located on a very quiet street! The property is safe, clean, and well stocked. We stayed for 10 days, enjoyed using the kitchen and interacting with the friendly housekeepers! Will definitely stay here again in our next visit to Venice!

The apartment was very clean. As soon as we reserved the apartment, host got in touch with us and explained the process for check in. It's about 10 to 12 minutes walk from the main bus stop. And very convenient location to all sight seeing places. Even water taxi stop is very near by. The only thing is this apartment does not have elevator. But, not a big deal. It may be bit of an effort if you have a heavy luggage to take all the way to 3rd level. Overall it's a great place to stay, with good accessibility to prominent sight seeing places.

Check in was a mess. I never received any information from the property management on the checking in process. By Luck when I arrived there was cleaning staff who told me about the code for the front door and how to get my individual room key. Had it not been for him I would not have had access to my room. I will not recommend this place to anyone because you could be out on the street. The next day I came across another guest who had the same problem. After calling the contact number he was told to complete the online check in. The problem is both he and I could not complete the check in online because the system would not accept our information. It is my suggestion to find a hotel which has staff on site. Once in the room, everything functioned. I was not impressed with the low shower water pressure or the very firm bed and pillows. None of which were terrible, but not great either. On a good note, it was clean, large and quiet.

Excellent location! Easily accessible from the airport by boat (bus) without the need to lug luggage around in Venice like everybody else (trust me on this - there are no cars in venice and everybody are lugging their suitcases around). Easy checkin - we were in, unpacked and out walking before others got to their bus stop. Area feels very safe, again, much safer than the packed areas elsewhere. Nearby supermarkets, fruit markets, daily fish market allowed us to take full advantage of the apartment kitchen. Many restaurants nearby, but take time to read reviews and decide where to go instead of just getting hailed in on the busy streets Place was very clean. We appreciated to be able to sit down on the sofa and by the table where we enjoyed meals. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, shutters totally blocks light and allowed us to sleep uninterrupted. We will definitely stay here again next time in Venice Hint: When you buy your Alilaguna boat ticket in the airport, buy a roundtrip ticket! Tickets are not sold at the bus stops

Enjoyed great location, cleanliness, nice apartment features, air conditioning, and complimentary drinks. However, the lack of a view that was shown in the pictures seems to have been a bit disappointing.

Good girl and great location by train
Rooms were excellent and near train(only 10 minute walk). Rooms were clean. Only issue we had was we got there early and there is no desk or anything. We had to text back and forth how to get in. They never sent the main entrance door code.

Terrible experience
This was the worst stay I had for a long time. The room stated twin sofa bed and double sofa bed but what we got was 2 rollaway beds. I have raised this issue to the contact I had although she was nice; they didn't want to do anything even after I sent them pictures of beds. the person stated that she is not responsible for beds and that she will let her manager know. I never received any follow-ups.
