I like everything about this property! The front office staff - Cindy and Andres were exceptionally caring and professional! The location of the property very close to the center of Fira is ideal to get everything I needed - food, shopping, and bus tours. The property is very clean and beautiful! Kudos to Nikos (arranged by the property) for the transfer services from the port to the hotel, and his special effort getting me from the hotel to the airport in the nick of time, and I didn’t miss my flight! Overall, I had an excellent experience at the Deluxe Hotel.

Lovely small hotel 5 mins from the mayhem of the crowds however feels very calm. Nice vibe and very clean and modern. Staff were lovely and the room was comfortable with a great bathroom and shower. Pool small but refreshing after a day of exploring. Would recommend and would stay again.

Everything was perfect! All staff are wonderful and very helpful. It is 5 minutes away from main area so it's very convenient. A little uphill walk to main area but very doable.

Loved our stay here! Beautiful room, pool and sundeck area. The woman on reception was so friendly and helpful, and we were able to book our airport transfers and a boat tour (highly recommend) through her. Good location too, only a short walk up in to town and the bus station. We would definitely return when we're next in Santorini!

The room was very high-quality but too small for an executive room. It was one of the highest priced rooms with a balcony but the bed filled the whole room. There wasn’t a chair in the room and there was very little space to move around. As a couple for more than a day it was way too small. The bathroom, although equally nice, was also too small with nowhere to properly hang towels. The property is north facing so in April the balcony was cold. A nice hotel for one or two nights but not more unless there are bigger rooms!

Bom Hotel com atendimento ruim !

Hotel não é feito somente de um quarto para dormir mas de hospitalidade , receber e atender com excelência. Tenho uma agência e viajo com grupos muitas vezes para Grécia e sempre fui muitíssimo bem atendido mas dessa vez foi bastante diferente . O Hotel Deluxe , que tem uma boa estrutura mas que foi ofuscado pela antipatia de alguns atendentes . Havia reservado 6 aptos Twin . Cheguei a enviar msg para reforçar esse pedido . Quando chegamos no final da tarde , só havia um quarto com camas separadas o restante doble . Disseram que nada poderiam fazer . Tive um grande problema com isso . A Recepcionista que trabalha pela manhã juntamente com o proprietário eram o reis da antipatia, sempre com um NAO , na ponta da língua pra tudo e algumas vezes grosseiros com os hóspedes . Pedir para imprimir uma folha de um doc, Não ! Esqueci meu telefone no hotel , perguntei se poderiam enviar para o porto de Santorini , eu pagando as despesas : NAO ! Pedi para falar com o chefe para negociar as tarifas do café da manhã para várias pessoas , NAO ! Um homem que fica no Café da manhã , super grosseiro no atendimento. Já fiquei no Nissos hotel , no Stars , Athina , sempre muito bem tratado . O que salvou de dar uma nota menor foi a Recepcionista da parte da tarde/ Noite . Simpática , prestativa, sempre com um.sorriso .
