This is a practical and functional hotel in Biella. The staff is VERY kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple. My favorite part was the remote blackout shades. The hotel is also quiet and peaceful. If you are simply looking for a space to rest at night - this is a good hotel. If you are looking for a property with all of the amenities and extras - this would not be it (through no fault of the hotel as it is more functional). For another work trip, I would stay here.

Absolutely loved staying at the hotel Augustus! Super central, in the old town area, next to all the restaurants and shops. Loved how clean it is and modern.
