Our room was clean and comfortable. Location was easy access to food/shopping/highway. We had to extend our trip very last minute and the staff was incredibly gracious and helpful to us. Pool was comfortable, but the locks are on a timer, so pay attention to the time it closes.

Our king room was clean and spacious. However there was just one coffee cup, and only one full strength coffee pod (plus one decaf). I am not a fan of NO room service, so I requested it. We did get clean towels, and coffee, but I was disappointed the bed wasn’t made up. Spacious breakfast area, but the eggs were not replenished towards the end of the breakfast period (like, 20 mins before).

The employee that I met that day was very unfriendly. She refuses to give me some fresh towels telling me that they don't give out towels eventhough. The ones in the bathroom were not white.

Clean and had a true hot breakfast- scrambled egg and sausage not the cold prepackaged breakfast version.

The lobby and rooms were clean. My main complaint about cleanliness was it wasn’t clear how to get a change of bath linen or how to dispose of used linen. We were here 5 nights. We had to ask twice for towels. One time 2 sets were given. Another time two bath towels. How to get another roll of toilet paper (one was given). Secondly, I had breakfast the last two days I was there. The breakfast was the exact same. A sparcity of hot items compared to other chains—no waffles, no warm sweet rolls, no oatmeal. The air conditioner was noisy, but the thermostat was easy to operate we needed more instructions about the TV. Still I would recommend the site because of the friendly staff and the generally clean conditions.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, but the 2 ice cream bars cost $9. Otherwise it was exceptional for us and reasonably priced.
