The location is the best amenity. Walls and floors are thin but having such a short trip to Silver Dollar City is worth any issues

Lobby staff was excellent. Housekeeping staff leaves a lot to be desired. Bed sheets had never been changed from prior guests and we nasty. Towels had not been changed out from prior guests and were dirty.

Stayed from 8th thru 12th of September. Added the 8th and crestview accommodated me by keeping me it the same room for all 4 days. Breakfast was really impressive the biscuits and gravy were fresh and gravy was thick and tasty.

Ac didn’t work correctly in the first room I was assigned but the staff were quick to let me change to another room. Other than that, it is an ok stay at a fair price.

It is a place accessible to shops and fast food. It's quiet and very clean. The staff is always available to help.

It is a pretty okay place to stay if you are out late and just need a place to rest your head. It is what you would expect for a Motel. Dear Management, Room 102 needs new shower controls. That is what frustrated me the most about the whole room.

Crestview Inn has always been a nice place to stay. The room is clean, the staff is pleasant, and the breakfast is simple. I will stay there again.
