The rooms and grounds are extremely clean. The location is fantastic, rooms open onto the creek. Sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee as you watch the boats go by. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.

Great stay while needing to be near Mariners Hospital in Tavernier. Our room was large and accommodating, right on the water and very comfortable for hanging out. Service was very attentive and courteous at every point. The door locks for our room (108) were a bit confusing when I realized we had a key to only one of the four locks, so I recommended that's made clear at check-in. Appreciate the nice stay!

I love this place. Stunning water area, super fun to watch the different species of fish swim. I loved the pools and my room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing I would change is if they put coffee creamers in the rooms. Super nice staff and house keeper. I hope to stay again in the future.

This place is a joke! The toilet was broken so we had to fix it. NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Water pressure is a nightmare! Broken window blinds so no privacy. There was black hair on our sheets… the list goes on. I paid through Hotels.com and the hotel charged me $200. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
