My friend and I stayed here in order to easily get to MCM comic con. The hotel was very good accessible and the room was quite big. The staff was always friendly. We especially want to thank Jannat for her impeccable service during our dinner at the hotel restaurant. The breakfast buffet was big and the dinner menu had a wide variety. The only thing we didn't know was that we should make a reservation for dinner. One evening, we were told that we had to wait for around 60-90min until we would be able to be seated. That's why we decided to eat at another place. Maybe writing this somewhere to inform the guests would be good. The hotel is also very central, all the shops are easily accessible and close to the hotel. A positive point is also it's closeness to the station. All in all we had a good stay here, would return again.

Cuidado. POSIBLE ESTAFA! Beware. POSSIBLE SCAM! Me alojé en el hotel a través de Expedia, al llegar al hotel, pagué con tarjeta y también me hicieron el cargo automático en la tarjeta en Expedia. Por lo que pagué dos veces lo mismo!! El hotel se desentiende, no facilitan documentación e indica que contacte con Expedia. Expedia por su parte dice que el hotel no le facilita la factura para comprobarlo y no puede devolver nada. Ha pasado mas de un mes y no me dan solución. Así que CUIDADO, si te duplican el pago, la reserva te costará el DOBLE!! I booked a hotel through Expedia. Upon arrival, I paid by card, and Expedia automatically charged my card as well. So I paid twice for the same thing! The hotel is washing their hands of it, refusing to provide any documentation, and telling me to contact Expedia. Expedia, for its part, says the hotel hasn't provided the invoice for verification and therefore can't issue a refund. It's been over a month, and they haven't offered a solution. So BEWARE, if they double-charge you, your reservation will cost you DOUBLE!

Insisti dizendo que havia reservado uma diaria antes da minha chegada para ter acesso imediato ao quarto pela manhã. Então ela me atendeu. Não encontrou minha reserva. Tive que entregar a reserva impressa.. Tinha que soolicitar a limpeza do quarto todas as manhas na recepcao. Nos 7 dias que fiquei hospedado fizeram 3 limpezas.

Frühstück ok, aber teilweise schmecken die warmen Frühstücksbestandteile so, als wären sie unsachgemäß aufgewärmt worden (Kunststoffgeschmack). Mitarbeitende sehr nett, Lage sehr gut am öffentlichen Nahverkehr und neben einem Supermarkt.
