Annoyed this morning.
I love this area and have stayed twice in this hotel. Firstly on both occasions I did not find the reception staff very welcoming. The apartments also need a little updating. My iPad is bigger than the Tv in the bedroom. The jacuzzi bath even though I had turned it off made a lot of noise all night. The washing machine buttons are difficult to press and also had no instructions on it. A few extra utensils in the kitchen would be nice. A proper flipper for the frying pan!! The most annoying thing about this hotel and it has happened twice now is the cleaners knocking on your door non stop once your early check out time comes about and that’s 10am. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world and never experienced this to this extent. I know you may say get out on time then but the rate you pay on high season deserves a little give and on low season,what’s the rush giving people an extra 10 mins while they are in holiday mood. This time was low season and the check in time is 4pm so there is plenty of time to clean. Anyway the cleaner told me after the 5th ring of the bell that I should pay more money if I wanted to stay late. Gosh where would you get it. I don’t know if this is part of Wyndham training.
