I thought the hotel was very well run and the employees were very pleasant and respectful. The room was nice and clean and larger than many that we stayed at on our trip.

The hotel was great because located at hammersmith tube station. Ideal to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was good, friendly staff and clean room. Location was very good. It’s so close to the subway station and plenty of restaurants around.
