Pool was completely drained. The front desk Staff was kind and friendly. The property appears to have several long time residents which is fine but lots of garbage in bags around the property not collected. Asked for additional toilet paper and was assured that would take care of it but never happened. Hotel room was clean with clean sheets though place needs to have pest control come out as there was bugs in the room. Bathroom shower head was faulty making showering difficult and messy. Ok place if you just need something on a long road trip to lay you head for the night but not a destination place you spend more then a night at and only to not have to sleep in your car.

Please do not book at this hotel, even if it is the cheapest option. The pictures online are outdated, the property looks NOTHING like it. I arrived for my 10 day stay and the building looks very unmaintained. The lobby smells of cigarettes and is under renovation. The staff is nice. I go to my room and it’s a non smoking room yet it smells like cigarettes really badly. The bedding, and mattress were covered in stains, and the floors were so dirty it was sticky. I asked for a clean blanket and they gave me another stained blanket and it had holes in it. I had to buy my own bedsheets and blankets. There were also lots of little bugs in the blankets. I was also told when I booked they provided cribs and when I got there they looked at me like I was crazy. So I had to buy a pack and play for my baby. During my stay, it was decent, housekeeping came by every few days to collect trash and dirty towels and stuff. One day the health inspector came and told me my specific room had a really bad bug problem, which I noticed. And then 2 days before I left there was this crazy lady banging and screaming the entire night. The next day housekeeping apologized for the noise and made a complaint to the room. Overall was a really disgusting and old building, at least the staff were nice, but if I had known the pictures were outdated I would’ve booked somewhere else!!

Room was less desirable than advertised. Front desk attendant was friendly and apologetic. The room was not clean, smelled like smoke, fridge not working, no trash cans, the bed looked slept-in, the toilet had been used and not flushed, plastic bowl under the ac to catch water. I checked out and booked across the street at the Best Western. Stay there instead

Staff was helpful and attentive. Facility was clean. My room definitely needed to be finished painting as none of the edges were done. The bed cover had a cigarette burn on it, and the chair was is absolutely horrible condition, as a form hotel sales person, I was pretty surprised and appalled by that. Just remove it. As a solo female traveler though, I felt safe in the location and for the price, I was pleased enough with it. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub was fun and was clean, but the plug didn't work right, so the water had to stay running to keep it full. But, never ran out of hot water. The 2 shower heads in the shower and the surround sound speaker system were all pretty cool too.

The beds was very comfortable and the front desks people was very friendly. There was no soap, coffee maker or fridge and microwave in the room. You couldn't get coffee until 9 am, it was the bare necessity. I've stay at serval Red Roof Inn when I travel and this was the worst. Talk to the front desk about the condition of the place and he said he would try to make the property more better. I then inform him if I was in the area I would try staying, if things wasn't any better I find anothe hotel.

This place needs to be shut down. I should have cut my losses and went elsewhere once I entered the room. Actually getting into the room was a pain because I had to turn the door handle the wrong way (up) to get in. I couldn’t properly lock the door deadbolt because the hole wasn’t big enough. So I had to use the door latch, along with a torn up, desecrated leather chair that should really be in a dumpster to block the door. If you want proof, there was a grouo of dead flies in the corner after I moved the chair. The room may smell clean but it’s not enough to cloud your judgment when you see that there are a couple flies near the sink and in the bathroom. Don’t bother with taking a shower in there; you’ll feel dirty just doing that. Stupidly, I was content with the room because I was only going to be using the room for sleep. Unfortunately, that’s near impossible when you have the absolute dredges of society staying there. I think they are actually tenants. There was some couple arguing and smashing the doors and I guess they got into a fight with someone else. After two hours of trying to get to sleep, I was ready to just grab my stuff and check out early. Unfortunately, I couldn’t because their fighting was occurring either outside my room or near my room. God knows if I walk out during their conflict, I may have been collateral damage. I’ve stayed in some bad hotels. This is the absolute worst place I’ve every stayed at, and I blame myself for being content with it.

Roach motel, worst place I’ve ever stayed. My motorcycle broke down and I had no choice but to stay. I literally put tissue paper in my ears and nose, I left the light on all night also, to keep the roaches unhappy. Do not even think about staying here.

Book the room on Hotels.com because it said they had three rooms available 2 1/2 hours away. We get there with a confirmation from Hotels.com and was told oh we’re sorry we don’t have no rooms and by the way they’re building a new data center around here. Bottom line is don’t blame Hotels.com if your hotel is booked why not go out there and say it’s booked so it cost an extra $90 out-of-pocket to go get another room for the night
