A convenient, but well-worn hotel with great staff. Stayed one night, carpets were noticeably worn and dirty, but the rest of the room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Easy to get there using the Hotel Hoppa bus.

Overall a nice hotel, they have shuttles to go to the airport around the clock which is convenient to travelers. Carpet could be cleaned more often.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay with friendly helpful staff. One suggestion would be to have Paracetamol in vending machine.

It was a welcome respite of cleanliness and rest before heading home the next day on a long flight. Many places in England were dirty, moldy etc. (frankly third world cleanliness apparently came with new owners everywhere) and it was a pleasure to completely unpack, repack, shower and sleep well before the early next morning leaving. I highly recommend this convenient location, facility and staff.

Excellent option very close to the airport. When asked about how to get to the airport early, the hotel staff informed us of a shuttle bus, but it was 8 pounds per person. We took the local bus just outside instead for 1.75 - and it was faster, too. Very comfortable beds. Big room. Quiet. We did not spend any time in the bar or restaurant, but there are such options inside the hotel. We would definitely come back to this hotel again if we need a stay close to Heathrow.

We have stayed at other hotels by heathrow and we like this one the best. Much better than the ibis in my opinion. Very nice hotel with a decent restaurant. Bus to lhr is right outside the property. We will stay at this hotel again when we are in England.

Close to airport with a shuttle bus running regularly. Great restaurant and bar. Rooms have noise blocking as you don’t hear the airport at all.
