It was a nice experience overall. My only complaint is that the property allows for you to reserve pool chairs. This should be nice but many people never showed and the chairs sat empty all day with reserve sign still on them.

Great stay, some of the younger staff in pool area seemed to lack experience. No beach for hotel guests, but that’s the norm in Glyfada.

It’s a great hotel with a swimming pool. The location needs to be supported by taxis though with short distances to the beaches, shopping and dining. Most of the people are pleasant. Thank you

Rooms are quite small. Didn’t love the exposed sink and tiny bathroom. Service at breakfast is terrible and extremely understaffed. Breakfast was below average, lunch and hotel restaurant was good, steak was great. Staff are a mixed bag - some were great, some were indifferent.

Ace Hotel was the perfect place to stay. This charming boutique hotel features a coffee shop, fresh baked goods, and an excellent restaurant, making it easy to enjoy everything without leaving the property. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit small—similar in size to a typical New York City hotel room. We stayed for two nights while exploring Glyfada and visiting family. The pool area was beautiful, relaxing, and a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Ace Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The pool area was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. It had a calm atmosphere and never felt crowded, making it the perfect place to unwind. Everything about this hotel matched our style perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended! Family Karagiannis

Okay stay in Glyfada, the hotel is definitely not 5 star in my opinion. The staff were not friendly or very attentive at the reception, restaurant or pool. We arrived at 3pm to our room not ready, similar to about 15 others waiting at the reception. The rooms are very small with no room for 2 suitcases. Overall fine but not for the price.
