Hotel is nice with somewhat large rooms for Japan. Not much dinning options within walking distance of the hotel. It was a VIP access hotel but did not receive any benefits.

Excellent hotel with lovely rooms and great views. The breakfast was also good. The location was a little out of town but close enough. However the sauna spa bath has been closed since January but this information was NOT on the English website for the hotel. This was very disappointing as it was one of the features I chose this hotel.

Good value for money

The sound proof of my room is not up to standard. On the first night of my stay, stomping sound from the room above was heard from 10pm to 2am. The hotel apologised when I complained to them the next day and said it would not happen again. There was still some stomping sound from the room above for the rest of my stay but they werenot serious. The breakfast was fantastic with ample choices of delicious western and Japanese offers. The bed was comfortable. The twin room was of good size for two persons.

附近地區到晚上就很黑，要找東西吃會比較麻煩。不過酒店很好，乾淨，空間夠大。工作人員服務態度很好。不過停車的話要收費。

An excellent hotel in Kochi, good services, room is big and clean. Very special to have a mobile phone (with sim card inside) placed inside the room that you can bring out to use. Excellent breakfast buffet at 22/f of the hotel with magnificent panoramic view of Kochi.

距離車站很遠，要坐15分鐘電車，中途也需要轉線，才能到達高知駅，酒店很舊，但是保持得很乾淨和舒適，還有早餐確是挺好吃，一大早可以看著美美的風景吃早餐，一整天心情都好起來
