Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. However, this discrepancy reflects a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the expected level of service. The combination of the receptionist ( middle age man) 's aggressive and rude behavior, the excessively long check-in process, the lack of proper communication, and the room discrepancy has left me feeling not only disappointed but also concerned about the professionalism and quality of service at your hotel.
As a paying guest, I believe that I deserved to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay. However, the receptionist's demeanor left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer.
Take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff promptly. It is crucial to uphold standards of customer service and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I also seek a refund for the booking, as this experience fell far short of the expected standards of hospitality. I was shocked by the receptionist's rude and aggressive attitude.
