The staff at the resort are very hardworking and clearly do their best to accommodate everyone’s needs, despite being overworked. Their effort is appreciated. However, the resort itself is in need of maintenance.
For example, the ceiling in the coffee station located in the lobby had collapsed, which was concerning. The bathroom towels looked old, worn out, and not properly cleaned—they definitely need to be replaced or at least bleached, as they didn’t appear white or fresh.
The buffet had limitations, and food availability was restricted. The sports bar and room service both close at 2 a.m., which makes the “all-inclusive” experience feel quite limited.
The beach also seemed man-made, with lots of seaweed and very few areas where you could actually swim. The water was very shallow, making it difficult to enjoy a proper swim.
This resort may be a good fit for families or solo travelers looking for a budget-friendly option while planning to explore Punta Cana. However, if you’re expecting a luxurious, all-inclusive experience, this may not be the best choice. Also, be prepared for constant vendors around the resort, which can become a bit bothersome.
