Don’t waste your money here
One of the worst hotel experiences we have had, upon checking in hotel staff and their family were hanging out in the lobby took a few minutes for someone to come check us in. Finally we get to our floor and the whole hallway smells like fresh paint and supplies all over / wet paint on walls. We get to our room and hear banging all night, our window had a broken seal so our room froze over night. There were multiple police in the lobby. We woke up freezing so decided to pack up & once again this place is swarmed with police and are arresting employees. Glad we only stayed one night, but it was the most uncomfortable stay , especially having children.

Overall it was ok the first room we had the doors wouldn’t lock so we got another and it smelled like burned popcorn and fresh paint (smell was over whelming) the pool area was very dirty and smelled. The hallway smelled of bo and pot even tho it’s suppose to be smoke free

Great place to stay, be advised about maintenance.
I brought 6, 11 year old girls here fora birthday pool party and sleep-over. We stayed in two connecting rooms. Everyone at the hotel was super nice and for the price, it really is a great place to stay. Pool was clean, hot tub was clean. A huge huge problem was that at 6 AM on a Sunday morning, there was 2.5 hours of non stop banging above our rooms. I did mention it to the front desk and they informed me it was "general maintenance". It went on and on for what felt like forever. Breakfast was good, everything was clean, I just think at 6:00 am on a Sunday, this was extremely rude and no one offered a resolution.

Horrible experience.
Our room was not cleaned the entire time of our stay. There was sudden construction basically in the middle of the night and lasted throughout the day, it was being done right on top of us, we were unaware and no one told us about this, we could not sleep and left the night before checkout.

The hotel needs some maintenance. The customer service was excellent but the hotel is falling apart and not clean. I am glad the rooms weren’t expensive.

They gave us a room that was already occupied, very scary. They gave us a new room with just 1 bed for 3 people. Had to go back down to the front desk and ask for a different room. They told me since I had booked with the Expedia that is what I get. I told them I had not booked from them and I had booked for 2 beds. They gave me a double room. There was so much noise in the hall with children screaming and running in the halls that we could not sleep until about 1:30 am. Will not stay there again!

Poorly maintained
Furniture was recently updated. But it was lipstick on a pig. Hotel was wiped down but not cleaned. Old towels, ceiling was flaking and patched, walls were were scuffed and spot painted. Front door opens half way. Just a poorly maintained hotel.

Just ok for a place to sleep
The check in was ok- but confusing for their staff if you book more than 1 room. The walls in the hallway are very thin and you could hear ALOT of things you don’t want to hear. Once in the room, it was FREEZING. 33° when we entered and it was blowing out cold air. I had to turn the unit off and back on in order to get it to blow warm air. Took about an hour to get the room to 60°. The room itself was clean, but there were several hairs in the bathroom and the tub. Water pressure and temp was great. Our window was open upon arrival and would not lock. You can hear the traffic from the highway. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept good. The property was well lit, but I didn’t exactly feel the safest. Overall, I would stay here again if I had to- but I would probably check elsewhere for availability first. We opted out of breakfast so unable to leave a review for that or the pool area.
